Warren choral festival hosts major groups in benefit concert
Byron Swanson leads the Warren Girl Choir Second Girl Choir The Warren Ladies and Warren Mixed Voice Ensembles in a May 26 Beaty auditorium concert. The benefit supports Dr Leroy B Campbell Piano Scholarship Fund with guest soloist John Specht. Season tickets for the 1959 60 Jaycee Concert Series go on sale. no single admissions. Y-teen Camp Registration Opens for Week at Camp Newatah
Deadline Monday May 295 for deposit and written parent permission to join Y-teen week camp starting June 14. Limited places remain as girls travel to Camp Newatah above Midway on Lake Chautauqua. Camp features cabins tents recreation hall dining infirmary with strict supervision. Open June 14 supper and closes June 21 around 2 to 3 p.m.
