New Company President Leads United Refining
Harry A. Logan Jr. succeeds his father as president of United Refining Company. A Princeton graduate and WWII veteran, Logan has served on United’s board since 1950 and as executive vice president. Other officers elected include John P. Wendell as executive VP and secretary, and Martin H. Smith as treasurer and assistant secretary. Fred G. Bannerot Jr. will chair the board.
