Youngsville Bank to Expand Facilities and Post Office Move
The Youngsville National Bank plans expansion, taking over current postal space and adding an L shaped service area with interior changes. Work begins June 30 with completion targeted September 1 under bank officers F G Beckenbach, H Kay, and F Schumacher. The Youngsville post office will relocate to ground floor space in a building owned by Donal d Agnew, with an 18 by 20 foot addition for 760 lock boxes and new equipment, marking the first move in 45 years.
