Joint School Board reorganizes as new high school 30 percent complete
At the Beaty cafeteria meeting the Warren Area Joint School Board re elected Melvin G. Keller as president and Norman W. Grosch as vice president. Dr. Carl E. Whipple reported the new high school is about 30 percent complete with three loads of structural steel received for the third unit and boilers installed. A Beaty Junior High School curriculum overview highlighted exploratory aims for adolescents and a four point program for seventh graders including orientation scheduling guidance and recognition of differences. The board adopted a resolution honoring Cecil C. Winans for his public service to Warren教育.
