Warren Area Joint School Board Hires Staff and Approves Budget
The Warren area joint committee elected officers Melvin Keller as president and Norman Grosch as vice president and hired substitute teachers Evelyn Davidson Ruth Huber and new teacher Evelyn Bernhard with others starting in 1960. They approved bills totaling 2 500 and 6 165 47 for food and loan payments while cafeteria losses stood at 682 19. They set June commencement plans with Maj Gen Frank A Bogart addressing seniors and approved cap gowns and a Beaty site commencement.
