Warren Officials Relax Tax Rules And Approve Land Purchase
The Warren borough council voted to lift its $35,000 1956 tax limit and reject the real estate transfer tax on second reading. It rescinded prior motions, approved land purchase terms for about 12 acres at 7500, and bought police and park department vehicles.
