Community Events Highlight Warren Activities
Warren readers learn of a flower show hosted by the Warren Junior Chamber Auxiliary with displays in the Youth Canteen on Friday from 3 to 10 p m chaired by Mrs N K Wendelboe Jr and a long list of committee chairs. Other items cover a North Warren firehouse fund raising picnic with food chair Gene Breck, Comic Character Day for playgrounds with costume parades, a Warren High School class of 1941 reunion, Chautauqua County Fair preparations, Golden Age Society picnic at Camp Olmsted, Eastman Shows carnival in Clarendon, and many club and civic events including Dollar Days sales, a Red Cross report, YWCA activities, Rotary family picnic, and Lions Club golf outing.
