New Training Center Under Construction by Civil Defense
Civil Defense rescue division renovates an old refinery off the three lane above North Warren into a training center. Owner Nick Marie enoble provides use while rebuilding the roof. Workers add a second floor and have poured concrete on the first floor to train in rescue procedures.
