Harris infant dies after brief illness in Gladerun
Gerald Harris three months old died October 19 1903 at Gladerun after a short illness with cholera infantum Interment was at Kinzaa cemetery on Saturday afternoon. Also Samuel Jones died October 18 1905 in Russell Pennsylvania aged 68 after a long illness Born in Elk Township Warren County he served in the 12th Pennsylvania Cavalry Co K from February 1864 to 1865.

Civil War Survivor Shot Dead While Hunting near Kane
Joseph A. Starner, 70, a Civil War veteran, was accidentally shot and killed when a stick fell onto a double barreled shotgun he had placed against cordwood near Kane Pennsylvania. The weapon discharged, both loads entering his side. He leaves a wife and 13 children.
