W O Martin serves on jury this week. L H Walling attended the Grange at Youngsville last week. A new telephone line will soon reach Warren from Bradford over the hill.
Miss Nina Cobb is ill with pneumonia and cared for by Dr. Waitland of Sparta. Mrs. Weldon remains weak at home. Elmer Gray and Bliss Jewell visit from Corry and Union City respectively. Fred and Oren McClelland find work at a Youngsville furniture factory. Wilbur Logan and Will Morse visit relatives, with Austin Northrop also in Union City.
The annual report by Secretary Miss Fannie M. Smith notes 1905 admissions of 314, 286 discharges, 32 deaths, and 11 patients remaining on December 1, 1906. Charity care reached 69 patients with 190 total charity cases and ten ambulance trips. The Training School has twelve nurses, the Nurses’ Home was completed, the contagious cottage finished, and a new X‑ray outfit was donated and placed under Drs. Brown and Robertson.

Young Ott Mowris, son of E. T. Mowris, was taken to Oil City Saturday night and operated on for acute appendicitis. He passed the night and is rapidly recovering. J Griffin, infant son of Mr and Mrs Gee Critchlow of Cobham, died Monday March 4 and was buried from the home Tuesday morning with interment in McKean cemetery.
Edinboro Normal announces spring term starts March 26 with instruction on study methods. Principal John F. Bigler invites students to request a catalogue and learn the curriculum and enrollment details.
In Warren on March 12 1907 Fred Carlson of Jamestown New York and Hilma Nelson of Warren were married at the bride’s mother's home by Rev John Lundeen. In Jamestown on March 7 1907 Earl Leroy Smith and Edna Rosella Johnson of North Clarendon Pennsylvania were married in the M E church parsonage by Rev F A Gould.
