Former Water Superintendent Arraigned in Amann Murder

The June term of the Quarter Sessions Court opened with the murder case of Emile Amann's slayer, John M. Andrews, a former Warren Water Co. superintendent. The court denied the delay and proceeded with jury selection as witnesses and motions filled the crowded docket.
