The Commonwealth won a verdict of guilty against Benjamin and Clarence Watson for aggravated assault and battery.

William E Meehan state fish commissioner directs wardens to allow fishermen to use as many rods and lines as they choose. Last year wardens enforced a one-rod limit causing vexation along streams. A law approved by Governor Stuart on March 14 removes any restriction of this kind.
