About fifty business leaders and citizens formed a Civic Improvement League in Warren. H. Hazeltine named president, J. R. Durham and F. M. Knapp as vice presidents, F. A. Cogswell secretary, A. G. Prohibitionists from multiple counties will convene in Warren on Tuesday April 19 to select Congressional and Senatorial candidates. David Holt Killed by Switch Engine at Struthers Yard
