Guilty Verdict in Titusville Murdere Case
In Mranpvitte Pennsylvania on November 22 the commonwealth vs Fred Mc Donnell, a 17 year old Titusville boy, was ruled guilty in the first degree of murdering his benefactor and friend John McCandrew. Exceptions to the judge's charge were filed and a new trial motion will delay sentencing for about one to two weeks.
