Death of Hascal L. Taylor Veteran Oil Producer
Hascal L. Taylor died at 804 Delaware avenue after an apoplectic attack in Hillsville Pa. He was 64, born in Stockton Chautauqua County. Once a carriage maker, he built a major oil empire with Taylor Satterfield Wood and later Union Oil Company. Survived by wife Louise Thomas and three children.
