By virtue of a will and court order, the Warren Real Estate Improvement Company sells at public outcry on Saturday January 14 1893 at 2 PM the Parmlee property in the township of Ginde Warren County Pa comprising 159 acres more or less with detailed parcel courses. The sale notes oil gas minerals reserved to Guy C Irvine and subject to Anchor Oil Company and farming lease rights. Improvements include a one and a half story frame dwelling. Sheriff James Roy Warren Pa December 16 1892.
