Five registered packages arrived at the general office. four found. A 16 year old mail clerk signed for one package but denies signing for the fifth containing the bonds. Postal authorities broadcast bond serials nationwide.

Washington January 10 The Senate propaganda inquiry took a sensational turn when Deputy Attorney General Becker of New York was accused by Senator Reed of hiring ex convicts to procure manufactured evidence of loyalty for political purposes. Reed sought to prove Assistant District Attorney Johnson, who helped secure affidavits about intimate ties among Bolo Pasha Bernstein Dr Albert and William Randolph Hearts, is actually Paul Muscia a released convict. The testimony ended with a near physical confrontation between the deputy attorney general and the Missouri senator.
