Wallace Idaho adopts Local Improvement District No 9 ordinance
The Wallace Idaho City Council adopts Ordinance No 145 creating Local Improvement District No 9 to pave and improve sections of Mullan Road Canyon Avenue and Burke Road East Wallace townsite streets with 20 foot paving curbs sidewalks and gutters. It provides for assessments bonds funds penalties appeals and administration, with detailed sections on assessment rolls bonds terms and collection and a fiscal note for 1920 including city receipts and an estimated budget.
