Syndicate gains option on Senator Mining control

Rush J. White leads the Coeur d Alene Syndicate to close an option securing control of the Senator Mining company which holds the east Flynn group. Nipsic Ore Shoot Cut by Diamond Drill

An ore shoot about six feet wide containing high grade lead and zinc was cut by a diamond drill at the Nipsic mine owned by Interstate-Callahan. The core shows about two feet of lead-silver ore and similar zinc, with the remainder ledge containing both minerals. Full extent awaits a 400 foot crosscut, but the find appears highly important.

National Copper Mining company completes wide inventory

W. C. Stratton, accountant for National Copper Mining, completes an inventory of all machin ery, equipment and supplies owned by the company. The list excludes mill and mine buildings, with total value estimated between 140 000 and 175 000 dollars. The group plans to dispose of the entire outfit in one sale, aided by delivery delays making timely replacements unlikely this summer.

Sterling Silver Mountain reports new ore vein discovery at Big Creek

An eight foot mineralized vein is exposed in the main crosscut tunnel on the Sterling Silver Mountain property near Big Creek. The vein lies between quartzite walls with copper staining and gray copper, with large water flow requiring timbering. Engineers foresee a potential new ore body as drifting continues to depth toward a second vein.

Copper King raise yields near 200 feet of ore body

Chicago Boston Ore Prospect Heads To Development

Reporting a remarkable showing of high grade ore on the 200 level the Chicago Boston drift area now yields about two carloads awaiting shipment. The drift face shows nine feet of ore with steel galona high grade. A contract is set to sink the shaft to the 400 level and sinking will begin after concrete work around the collar diverts surface water.

Tarbox Mining option extended to September 7 1920

Tarbox Mining stockholders receive 271 cont...cent for holdings and a $100000 minimum spend by the new owners within two years. Litigation over books settled by dismissal of the appeal, clearing the path to securing financial backing for the Tarbox property. North Star Mining reports strong ore finds and plans to continue development with a half cent per share assessment to fund work.

Mill for Bullion Planned Next Year

James H L Taylor manager of the Bullion Mining company outlines plans to build a 100 ton mill next year near the Bullion mine seven miles from Milwaukee. A wagon road to the Milwaukee railroad will be required and an assessment may raise about 4 cents per share to fund construction.
