Buried Spanish Gold This Time Arkansas
Forty men are needed at once by A Fenninger stopping at the De Soto Hotel in Denver to aid in locating two and a half million in gold and silver said to be buried by early Spaniards in the Arkansas Ozarks near Eden's bluff and the White River country. The treasure supposedly lies in an underground labyrinth of tunnels with a stone key to an ancient map, a tale recounted from a Rocky Mountain News account of longhidden bullion and a historical search beginning in Spain and Arkansas residents decades ago.
