New Vocational Field Opens For Disabled Veterans

A field for training disabled veterans opens through cooperation of the United States Veterans Bureau and the Department of Justice. Trainees are receiving fingerprint work instruction in the Bureau of Criminal Identification. Officials say men will gain employable skills and earn a living wage, with seniors transitioning from other institutions to opportunities in the Justice Department. The program emphasizes complete rehabilitation through employment in criminal identification, and no trainees are forced to change courses. Nearby commentary questions a public figure’s focus and notes rabies quarantines in Ishpeming, Negaunee, Marquette and Baraga county.
