Night games lighted by GE floodlights at West Lynn
Night baseball and football were successfully played last fall at the General Electric Company athletic field in West Lynn Massachusetts under floodlights and searchlights. The setup allowed spectators to follow high flies and a regulation four period game was played with several thousand onlookers.
