Wakefield City Commission Adjourns For Lease With Board Of Education
The Wakefield city commission met February 21 1928 with Mayor Alvin Rummel presiding. Bills from Illinois Electric and other vendors were approved for payment. clerical reports were accepted. The commission agreed to lease the Memorial Community Building to the Board of Education for two years starting March 1 1923 with rent of 10000, agreeing to maintenance duties and possible reentry on default.
