Wakefield Board of Education Holds July 1 1924 Meeting

Regular Wakefield Board of Education session opened at 8 35 PM with President H A Tressel. Members present were H A Tressel Anna Kallander John Kuivinen Abe Mathews. Victor Lepisto absent. Bills and payroll reviewed and approved. contracts discussed for weather strip and window calking. fence along Putnam Street to be removed and stored. Special session on July 11 1924 reconsidered redecorating contract for High School interior. bids rejected. work postponed to June 1925. Verona School Building final inspection and acceptance conducted. settlement with contractors approved. meeting adjourned 12 05 PM.
