Wakefield City Commission Hears Bids and Damages Claim
The Wakefield city commission met August 17 1922 with Mayor Alvin L Rummel presiding. They approved payment of bills bid on road grading Hancock street and Sunday Lake street curbing and a large damage claim against the city by George and Mary Schilka for sidewalk grading changes made August 1 1922 alleging unlawful grading and removal of sidewalk with damages estimated at 15009.
