Grand Jury Ends Rose Case With Seven Indictments
The McLennan County Grand Jury returned seven indictments against four people. Wayne Moore faces second offense bribery charges, Deputy C. D. Jackson is accused of letting a prisoner escape, Ernest Rose indicted for assault with intent to murder and jail escape, and Lucille Rose charged with aiding a prisoner to escape.
