At a 7:30 p.m. meeting in Estherville Iowa the City Council Board of Review canvassed the Assessor's Rolls. Attest City Clerk Clark records adjournment at 10:00 p.m. with Mayor Whelan as Chairman and members Kilgore Green Johnston Mickelson Gaarde present.
