Ivy Hepp Deputy City Clerk appointed with $1000 bond and $90 monthly. City Treasurer elect J H Orvis bond fixed at $5000 and filed. Meeting adjourned to 7:30 PM.

Estherville approves sale of city property to Harry Sims
On April 12 1933 Estherville City Council adopted a resolution to sell East seventy five feet of lots six seven and nine of Block Three Hillcrest Addition to Harry Sims for fifty dollars The mayor and city clerk to furnish an abstract of title and deed upon full payment The council majority voted aye with no nays and the clerk presented bills for approval.
