East Riverside Club met April 18 with Mrs. Chas Clark. Officers elected include President Mrs Howard Hay wood and Secretary Treasurer Mrs Jens Christenson. Members read stories and performed a recitation. three new members joined. Next meeting at Mrs Herbert Bryan. Also bridge luncheon at Mrs N R Ellsworth’s East Barnhart home. American Legion Auxiliary held a May 6 meeting at the Legion hall with guest night. Fourteen members attended the 4 Mile Lake Club meeting hosted by Mrs Alva Sawyer. prizes went to Mrs Harry Lenox and Mrs Chas Iseminger. D A R met with Mrs Groves. luncheon followed and conven tion report read. Past Matrons of O E S were entertained by Mrs R K Blazer and Mrs C E Hanchett at a Gardston hotel luncheon.
