Community club meetings and local social notes in Dolliver
The Better Way and Loyal Friends clubs held Wednesday afternoon gatherings at the homes of neighbors with lessons on budgeting and a luncheon at the close. Numerous locals were named as guests, and March meetings were announced. Travel between Des Moines Ames and Kansas City occurred, with extended family visits and funeral attendances noted. A large social scene includes a miscellaneous shower for Mrs. Krueger, farewells for two families, and small town events at Odd Fellows hall and school.
