Emmet County Power & Light seeks road poles permit
The Emmet County Board of Supervisors holds a hearing on the Emmet County Power & Light Company petition to erect and maintain poles and wires along public highways in Emmet County for lighting heat and power for up to twenty years. The move includes routes near Estherville and traces a long path from the North Sixth Street area through township 99 range 81 and beyond with hearings set for December 28 1920. The board also approved a final estimate for a gravel hauling contract and related warrants.
