Ellen L. Church Seizes Quiet Life Towed By Lost Love
Ellen, a 17 year old model daughter of an artist mother, confronts love and duty in a small town. She faces two artists, Dick Aliven and Sandy McIntosh, who woo her while her warped mother’s rule to “love lightly” echoes. A park ride, a marriage proposal, and mounting tensions at the studio push Ellen toward a fragile choice between passion and restraint. The scene centers on Ellen’s fear of exposure and the pull of a life she must navigate alone.
