In September 1919 J W Fields and Isabel Fields sue unknown claimants and multiple named parties over Lot One in Mott's Subdivision, part of the NW quarter of the SE quarter in Section 10, Township 99, Range 34. The petition claims the Fields hold fee simple title and that predecessors dating to 1865 through 1893 conveyed the estate, seeks foreclosure of mortgages, and asks the court to quiet title in the plaintiffs and bar all claims, with default possible if defendants fail to answer by September term.
