Fitness instructor launches Beat Cancer Boot Camp chapter

Andrea Clark starts the first eight week Beat Cancer Boot Camp sessions on National Cancer Survivor's Day June 7 in Silva Valley Elementary Room and later at Orange Theory Fitness in Folsom. The program costs 100 and donates 25 percent of fees to cancer research.

Hands4Hope Hosts Family Fun Summer Fest at Ciclo Estate

Hands4Hope will stage its first Family Fun Summer Fest on Sunday June 28 at Ciclo Estate in Shingle Springs.
