Villapoto injury ends 450 shift. Pourcel leads 250 duel
In San Bernardino Glen Helen events Ryan Villopoto, previously 250 champ, moved to 450 but injured his ACL and meniscus, planning knee surgery and 2010 AMA Supercross recovery. In 250, Christophe Pourcel led early, with Ryan Dungey second and Trey Canard third. Dungey briefly faltered but rebounded for a strong second moto. Ashley Fiolek, 18, won WMA pro class as part of Honda/Red Bull effort. next AMA/WMA motocross event set for Freestone Raceway in Wortham, Texas.
