Senior Legion splits doubleheader behind Evanoff gem
El Dorado Post 119 Seniors salvage a doubleheader split with a 4-2 win as Matt Evanoff throws a complete game seven-hitter and Marc Fackrell adds a two-run double while Will Nutting hits a two-run homer. In the opener Reno’s bats explode for a 17-6 rout, but El Dorado rebounds behind Evanoff who strikes out 10 and mixes pitches to steady the second game.
