Early Literacy Storytime Highlights STEAM Skills

New Fitness Programs at El Dorado Hills Senior Center
Beginning January 4 the El Dorado Hills Senior Center rolls out four new morning fitness classes for seniors. Michele Carter leads Strength and Agility Fit 4 Life Interval Sit and Get Fit and Balance and Fall Prevention with sessions on various weekdays. Adults 50 plus may take one or all classes. punch cards cost 53 dollars for ten classes and 85 dollars for twenty. Pre-registration not required. first complimentary class offered.

Boot Camp Fitness for Seniors at El Dorado Hills Center
