Case Dismissed For Lack Of Fraud In Byrom Case

This case, previously tried with a verdict for the plaintiffs that was later set aside for law and evidentiary reasons, was brought up again and after plaintiffs evidence was heard the motion to dismiss the case was granted on the ground that no fraud by Byrom was shown. Plaintiffs were represented by Thompson and Whipple. defendants by Haygood DuProp Powell and Son Harderman Davis and Turner.
