Under a mortgage with power of sale dated March 29 1895 and recorded, land in Cordele Dooly County Georgia will be sold at the courthouse on the first Tuesday in November to pay a note due October 1 1895. Two city lots in Cordele 15 in Block 85 and 3 in Block 34 are offered for cash to the highest bidder. Proceeds cover the note plus interest fees and costs with remainder to the seller Holzendorf. A second sale on the first Tuesday in December before the courthouse doors will offer lot 177 in Pinehurst district containing about 2024 acres with 100 acres cleared and a dwelling for heirs of Nancy Folds.
