Dropped Dead Near Vienna After Train Fall
Mr J D Sumerford died at his home eight miles above Vienna Tuesday night. He had returned from Cordele by freight Monday and reportedly fell in the caboose. Death was caused by heart disease, not the earlier fall. He leaves a widow and several children and was a longtime Methodist member at Pleasant Valley.
