Runaway Marriage Unites Findlay Pair Fanning Local Cheer

Austin Wilson of Findlay and Fannie Morgan of Vienna eloped on Sunday after securing a license Saturday. The couple, longtime sweethearts, was married by Eld. J.T. Evers in Findlay after a surprise two day absence. Both are popular young locals with many friends wishing them happiness.

Pinehurst Man Fires On Man Over Cotton Debt

Mr M E Williams of Pinehurst shot Charley Wooten, a negro, with bird shot after a dispute over debt and cotton delivery. Wooten was insulted and pulled a pistol. Williams fired from his buggy striking him in the neck and shoulder but caused no serious injury.

Vienna Board Names Next Year’s Public School Teachers
