Georgia Dooly County. M J Rushin administrator of Mrs M F Rushin petitions for discharge after fully administering the estate. Heires and creditors are urged to show cause why letters of dismission should not be issued at the first Monday in July 1897. J D Hargrove O D C dated April 8 1897.
J T Westbrook as administrator of the estate of J J Douglas seeks letters of dismission after full administration. He cites cause for heirs and creditors to show why the petition should not be granted, with a hearing set for the first Monday in July 1897.
In Dooly County Georgia W J Pate administrator of the estate of B Pate reports full administration and petitions for letters of dismission to issue on the first Monday in August. Also notice of dissolution of Cooper Jones firm by mutual consent with J J Cooper assuming liabilities. The items preserve the period notice style.
