Dooly Superior Court Convened With Grand Jury Charge

The Dooly Superior Court convened with Judge Z H Littlejohn presiding and Frank A Hooper as solicitor. Grand jury organized with Judge D L Ivey as foreman and M Rushin secretary H H Hall bailiff. The judge charged jurors to enforce laws, review county finances, inspect convict camps and poor farm, and pursue crimes including gambling and liquor violations. Found Dead Near Dooling County Man Cornelius Patrick

Mr. Cornelius Patrick of the county area above Dooling was found dead in his lot on Wednesday morning the 22nd. He had gone out to feed as usual and was discovered at the barn seemingly asleep. Death is believed to be due to paralysis. He leaves a wife and three children. Remains were buried in Rackley cemetery last Thursday.
