The notices describe sales of various parcels of land tied to loans from 1897, with Mary E. James as the lender, listing lots 201, 188, 183, 200, 184, and 185 in the Thirteenth district, to be sold at public outcry on the first Tuesday in January 1902 to satisfy principal and interest and costs.
