The Peopress chronicles the sad death of Mr J C Clemons a prominent farmer near Unadilla. He died Saturday and was buried Sunday at Harmony church cemetery. The funeral was preached by Rav J M Kelly of this city pastor of Harmony church. The church was crowded with relatives and friends who paid last respects. He leaves a wife and seven children and carried a life insurance policy valued at 9000 dollars.
