The lands include lots 128 101 102 124 totaling several parcels in the 10th district to reinvest in new property. The sale will occur at the Thomson Whipple office Cordele on Saturday January 20 1900.
Court notices announce private and public sales of multiple properties in Irwin Pate estate and others to settle heirs' division. Parcels include Snow Georgia farm known as the Pato place, land lots 78 and 79 in Unadilla area, a Doctor Pate residence, and other city lots in Cordele, with dates set for January 1900 and adjacent proceedings on dismission and administration.
Appraisers report on twelve months support for widow Mattie Walton and five minor children of Jwwalton to be acted on January 1 1900. F M Parker applies for guardianship of Ernesbus Parker, an incompetent adult, with a hearing set for January 1 1900. Dooly County Georgia December 1899.
By power of sale in two mortgages dated 1898 and 1908, Stovall and J J Stovall Jr pledge a Vienna town lot of about half an acre to Basbee & Busbee and D A Corum. The sale at public outcry will occur at the Enid County Court House on the first Tuesday in January 1900 for cash, to satisfy notes totaling 450 dollars plus interest and attorneys fees, with costs.
Under a mortgage from J C Wood to D K Leonard dated November 21 1899 recorded in Dooly County Georgia the property described as Lot 35 in the 11th District containing 202.5 acres will be sold at public outcry at the court house door during legal hours on the first Tuesday in January 1900 to satisfy a note for 1119.67 with 8 percent interest and 10 percent attorneys fees plus costs. A deed to the purchaser will be made by the undersigned. D R Leonard Busbee & Busbee Attorneys for the Plaintiff.
N. W. Campbell administers the estate of O. W. Campbell late of Beption, dated December 4 1899. The notice states due form completion and official signature by J & Hargrove of the Office of the District Court.
In Dooly and Houston counties Georgia notices announce estates and a court ordered sale. H A Mobley as administrator seeks letters of dismission for Alma O Mobley's estate on the first Monday in March 1900. An order from Houston court calls for a public sale January 1900 of Green Fitzgerald estate lands including 60 acres in Dooly, plus 202 acres and 1524 acres in Houston, to pay debts and for distribution. The sale occurs at Perry Georgia before the courthouse door and proceeds to be handled by executor W B Fizzarrato.

Mrs. Nannie E Hamilton administratrix of C B Hamilton deceased asks to be discharged after reporting full administration. The court is set to consider the application on the first Monday in March, with official signatures dated December 1, 189. Additionally an advertisement for Gent's Furnishing Goods remains in the notice.
An old brief promotes Green's August Flower as the ultimate medicine for indigestion and biliousness. It claims doctors were scarce and cites benefits like cleaning the system, stopping fermentation, regulating the liver, and soothing headaches.
