Robbery Strikes Pinehurst Area Man For Trunk Of Goods
Mr Lee Adams living six miles east of Pinehurst was robbed last Thursday night of a trunk filled with clothing Jani papers and 85.00 in cash. Thieves fired the woods while residents searched the fire scene and carried the trunk away returning it later aright against the plantation fence. The aunt who saw a stranger with the trunk could not tell the thief's race. The Advertiser reports Adams recovered the trunk and papers the cash was missing.
