KILLED BY THE SHOO FLY ON GEORGIA LINE
Last Sunday Mr L G Pattichall was killed when the shoo fly train on the Georgia Southern and Florida Railway struck him on a ten foot trestle near Unadilla. The engineer and firemen did not see him and no danger signal was sounded. A coroner s jury found the death due to the train and negligence by railroad employees. Mrs Pattishall, through attorneys, seeks damages of 25000. He left a wife and five children and was buried with Masonic honors.
