Mrs J W Roberts announces new management at the Vienna Hotel. She pledges clean rooms, good meals, ample service, and aims to earn traveler patronage with improved accommodations. Proclaims commitment to courteous, satisfactory guest experience.

English Spavin Liniment advertised by Stovall Forbes Druggist Vienna Ga promises horse remedies and a fifty dollar savings on a bottle.
Cordele gains a telephone exchange connecting with Vienna ten miles away. About fifty phones installed in Cordele. line to Vienna nearly complete this week. The project promises convenience to residents and hints at a countywide network of wires bringing towns within speaking distance.
The property of the estate of Alexander Jaweren Ananannt purus uvcoascu will be sold before the courthouse door on the first Tuesday in May during legal hours to perfect titles. Four lots in Unadilla Ga block 24 Nos 134 186 188 and 166 described by survey map. April 1 1895.
In Georgia Isoly County 8 B. Brown Mortgage case J H Shrouder owes 116.60 with 8 percent interest from 1892 secured by a mortgage on land lot 58 in the 14th district. John F. Butler and Mrs Patrick as executors of Middleton Patrick’s estate petition the court for discharge after full administration. They cite March 4 1895 and summon heirs and creditors to show cause why letters of dismission should not be granted on the first Monday in June.

Receiver C. H. Everett of E. E. Bailey, Agt, will sell at the courthouse in Dooty County on the first Tuesday in May 1895 in legal hours the property of the D. L. and Mi'g Co. including one six roll matcher and plainer No. 100, one set of Shimer floor heads, one set of Square Side Head Knives, five plainer knives and five leather belts, under an order from the last March term of the Superior Court.
