Georgia Dooly County guardian Jno C Byrd reports wards Samuel O Byrd and Julia E B Sheffield are of age and that he has fully settled with them. Guardian sale by order of the Court of Ordinary will occur on the first Tuesday in May at the courthouse door in Dooly County within legal hours. It offers a one twelfth undivided interest in the Mass Hall of lot number sixty five in the second district, sold as the ward Edward Joiner’s property, cash terms.
